9 O'Clock - A More Traditional Service

The format of this service is the most traditional of the services at St Mark’s, and we tend to follow Common Worship more closely than others. It is true that the congregation is generally more mature (but not exclusively so), but don’t let that fool you.

We are a very supportive of one another and have a strong sense of community. Outside of Sunday service we do arrange meals together; outings including picnics; at homes; BBQs, and in 2010 we have booked a week-end away in a Christian hotel in Cumbria. This will be our third time we’ve been there and it is a relaxing time of friendship and fun with normally 50 or so people - we take over the whole hotel.
